This is the first step on your path to joining the fastest growing industry in the U.S. The assessment is divided into three sections with multiple choice answers:
You can choose which section of the assessment you want to start with. Once you begin a section, you must finish it--you cannot save progress and return later to finish. If you are short on time, just complete one section of the assessment, and return later to complete another section. Expect the logic and critical thinking and soft skills sections of the test to take approximately 30 minutes each. The math section is longer, so allocate 1.5-2.5 hours. You must complete all three sections of the test within 10 days. You will be given the option to re-take the test if you want to improve your performance.
While the assessment is not proctored, you must complete it on your own without any assistance or support resources. However, you may use a calculator for the math section.
Before you begin the assessment, we provide links to materials that will help you prepare for the type of questions you will need to answer. We highly recommend you review these resources before you begin.
After you take the assessment, you will receive an email showing your score in the three assessment areas along with information about how you compare to other people who have taken the assessment (your rank).
Ranked Candidates: If you perform well on the assessment, you’ll join the ‘ranked candidate pool’. These are the candidates who performed best on the assessment. For those in the ranked pool, we’ll start at the top and work our way down, inviting candidates for interviews each time we have a group of companies with jobs ready to fill. You can expect this to happen no less than once per quarter.
Un-Ranked Candidates: If you didn’t perform well enough to rank now it’s okay! You can study and retake the assessment. You can take the assessment up to three times, although there is a waiting period between tries.
